			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As mentioned in previous post that we will show you some of the basic exercise to straighten your backbone so that you can look taller.  These stretching exercises can either be done at home or gym. It doesn&#8217;t require any use of equipment. Let&#8217;s us begin with some of them, before begin you should do some warm up exercise like jogging to avoid possible injury. But the methods we show you here is 100% safe.<br />

1. The first method is you will need a tower or a straight bar if you have it. Put the tower or bar behind your back, stand straight, roll the tower on your should but be sure to keep in straight position. Raise the tower as high as possible while keeping yourself in position, hold the tower and stretch yourself for at least 3 second. Inhale through the nose while raising the tower, lower the tower back to your shoulder and exhale through your mouth. This is the most basic form of stretching exercise for limps.</p>
<p>2. Second, stand straight with your feet apart, put your hands with fingers meshed at the back of the neck. Hold your elbows as high as possible, then bend your waist and your elbow to right side in 90 degree angle. Bend from right to left, keep your elbows and legs in position, move only your waist. Inhale with your nose while bending lower, exhale with your mouth while back in position. Keep doing this for 50 times in total.</p>
<p>3. Lastly, stand in position. Put both your hands on your hips, then stretch your back in upward posture (like bending your back in backward position). Do it slowing to avoid injury, first bend your head and chest backward slowly and don&#8217;t try to force yourself if you have a backache. Do it slowly and keep in stable position. Inhale with your nose while bending backward and exhale when return to position. Do at least 20 times in total.</p>
<p>Below are the illustration that help to describe the exercise methods. We suggest you to do it slowly, if you feel pain, then stop the exercise at once. These are the basic form of stretching exercise to straighten your backbone, you can train at home or anywhere you want.</p>
